WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REBUILD AND A REVALVE?

A REBUILD is a complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection and repair of your suspension components, returning them to proper working order. If your suspension was stock or modified previously by TCS or another company, your components will be returned to you in a refreshed state as they were before, including adjusters, spring preload, etc. After disassembly and inspection, we will notify you of any additional parts and/or services that are required.  

A REVALVE includes any and all rebuild services, as described above, plus personalized setup of the internal valving and spring rates to suit your body weight, riding style, skill level and type of riding. All revalve services are guaranteed to your complete satisfaction.

WHAT'S THE TURN AROUND TIME ON GETTING MY SUSPENSION DONE?

Turn around time is dependent upon several factors, primarily season and job type. Call for current turn around times.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY SUSPENSION SERVICED?

A good rule of thumb is after every forty hours of operation, it's time for a rebuild.

DO YOU SPONSOR RACERS?

Yes, we offer a labor discount to sponsored racers. We accept rider resumes from October 1 through November 30 for the the following race season.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY WHOLE BIKE TO YOU FOR SUSPENSION SERVICES?

No, it is not necessary. You can bring us or ship us your suspension components (ie. forks and shock). Tip - a hard-shell gun case makes a great shipping container for your forks and shock. Be sure to insure your package for the value of the components. Although, if you feel uncomfortable removing the forks and shock from your bike or simply don't have the time, we offer a service to remove and replace your suspension components.

ARE YOU THE SAME TCS THAT USED TO BUILD QUAD SHOCKS?

Yes, one and the same! Check out our "About Us" page for more details. Currently, we are not manufacturing shocks, only revalving and rebuilding. If you have existing TCS shocks, we can help you with rebuilds, revalves and any questions that you may have.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHOP HOURS SO I CAN STOP BY?

Drop ins are by appointment only. We are a small shop and many days we are at the track, so appointments are necessary to make sure someone is available to meet with you.

I ORDERED A HAT AND T-SHIRT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

Products will be shipped the next business day and will be shipped via USPS from Riverside, CA. Depending on where you live in the US, it could take 2 to 7 days to get to you.
